Your order is not considered accepted until Aromatex Scents confirms acceptance and payment has been successfully processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including the product, fragrance, size, quantity, billing information, and shipping information.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, scent preference, incorrect product selection, or other personal preferences.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at admin@aromatex.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographs, videos, packaging, or other documentation reasonably necessary to evaluate the issue. If we approve the claim, Aromatex Scents will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, replacement part, store credit, or refund.

Please do not discard a damaged or defective product or its original packaging until your claim has been resolved.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

All purchases are also subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or other issue not caused by Aromatex Scents, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be shipped again.

If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the shipping box, packaging, and damaged product so that we can evaluate the issue.
